Peter Steinberger 9a5d08effa fix(doctor): stop repeated warnings for archived Workshop backups (#161586) ... Doctor kept warning about legacy Skill Workshop backups whose complete history-only archive already covered a workspace that is no longer configured. Archive verification now compares manifests and saved tree contents (hashes and link targets), rejects archives that alias the source directory, and stops re-warning once the archive is proven complete.
