Peter Steinberger 3e7270438e fix: cancellation reports an error when session metadata is publishing (#163096) ... Wait for child-session metadata publication before returning an accepted cancellation result, retaining current run, session-generation, and authority checks. Keep preliminary work outside the writer FIFO and Gateway row preparation inside final publication. Validated with deterministic red-to-green native publication proof, 403 owning tests, the full changed-lane gate and build, and three successful live cancellation runs.
