fix(channels): keep the quote prefix on every line of Slack and WhatsApp blockquotes The shared Markdown formatter emitted the blockquote `>` prefix only where a quote opened. Slack and WhatsApp need `>` on every line, including lines after a chunk split, so multi-line quotes lost their quoting after the first line. Quote continuation lines and chunk boundaries now keep the prefix, including nested quotes. Single-line quotes and ordinary text are unchanged. Evidence: both built outbound paths, main twice and candidate twice per channel, with multi-line, chunked and nested quotes plus controls: 44 observations per ref and 60 final native payloads. Payloads came from the real Slack WebClient over HTTP with readback, and real Baileys message generation with protobuf round trips; authenticated live delivery is not claimed.
