Pin CI's Linux x64 Bun installer and pipeline documentation to the verified e167 prerelease, preserving the existing test admission policy and unchanged WebKit revision. Validation includes published checksum verification, a paired 22-selection Linux replay, repeated iOS and Mermaid checks, and passing local changed-file gates.
