|
|
|
|

Bridge is the internal coupling layer inside **Twin Atlas**.
|

|
|
This page exists to make one point clear:

|
|
|
**Bridge is not outside the Twin Atlas architecture.**
|
|
**Bridge is one of its core internal layers.**
|
|

Inside the current WFGY 4.0 direction, the architecture is moving toward a cleaner closed loop:

|
|
- **Forward Atlas / Troubleshooting Atlas** handles route-first structural mapping
|
|
- **Inverse Atlas** handles legitimacy-first output governance
|
|
- **Bridge** is the handoff layer that connects those two powers inside one engine
|
|

So Bridge should not be understood as a random extra module.

It should be understood as the connective layer that helps Twin Atlas become more than two powerful parts standing next to each other.

## Why Bridge exists
|

|
|
|
Without Bridge, the family still has a gap.

Bridge receives things like:

- likely competing family
|
|
- likely broken invariant region
|
|
- likely first repair direction
|
|
- misrepair risk
|
|
- confidence and evidence sufficiency
|
|
|
|
In other words, Bridge receives the output of route-first structural judgment.

### From the Inverse Atlas side
|
|
|
|
Bridge must be compatible with things like:
|
|
|
|
- authorization level
|
|
- governance state
|
|
- neighboring-route pressure

- repair legality judgment
|

In other words, Bridge hands off into a system that still decides whether strong output is lawful.

## What Bridge is supposed to help decide

A mature Bridge layer should eventually help decide questions like these:

### 2. When should authorization stay coarse or unresolved

|
|

Even if one route looks promising, live neighboring routes may still block stronger emission.

### 4. When should the system ask for more evidence

|
|
|
|
A low-legitimacy state may indicate not only caution, but that the structural cut itself needs rework.

These are exactly the kinds of questions that belong to Bridge.

## Bridge as handoff, not decoration

|
|
|
Bridge should not be misunderstood as a stylistic wrapper or a naming flourish.

|
|
It matters because without handoff discipline, the family can still become loose in practice.

- the forward atlas may suggest a promising region

- the inverse atlas may resist full authorization
