### Deployment logic errors: silent failures before anything runs.

This page tracks failures that happen **before any prompt is sent** — when vector indexes aren’t loaded, memory is empty, and pipelines silently fail because something upstream didn’t initialize.

Most RAG and agent systems **don’t warn you** when they’re in this state. They just return “no results,” leading to hours of misdiagnosis.
