When to use this folder

Your chunks look fine by eye but retrieval skips important sections.
PDF / OCR parsing collapses headers, math, or tables.
Hybrid retrievers underperform due to inconsistent chunk boundaries.
Reindexing breaks old citations.
Context flips between runs with same corpus.
