|
||
AI pipelines can *self‑sabotage* when components fire **before** their upstream
|
||
resources are actually ready.
|
||
Typical symptoms:
|
||
|
||
* empty‑index ingestion (vectors written to /dev/null)
|
||
* schema‑mismatch writes that silently overwrite data
|
||
* “works on my laptop” cold‑start hangs that never crash — they just do nothing
|
||
|
||
WFGY inserts **Boot Checkpoints** and semantic readiness probes so modules only
|
||
start when the stack is genuinely alive.

## 📝 How It Works
|
||
|
||
1. **Boot Checkpoints**
|
||
Each critical service exposes a `/ping` or health topic.
|
||
Until every ping returns `200 OK`, write paths stay closed.
|
||
|
||
2. **ΔS Cold‑Start Gate**
|
||
During the first ±30 s, WFGY samples ΔS.
|
||
A spike > 0.85 implies semantic drift — pipeline stays in warm‑up.
|
||
|
||
3. **Structural Lock (BBMC)**
|
||
Every write op is hashed against the current schema signature.
|
||
Mismatch → immediate reject with diff trace.
|
||
|
||
4. **Task Pre‑Fence** *(roadmap)*
|
||
Agents receive a temp token; real work is deferred until the token’s
|
||
`ready_at` timestamp matures.
|
||
|
