Freeze the landed Proxmox and PBS History corrections together with the monitoring lifecycle race repair as the next bounded preview. Align deployment pins and record tester guidance, adverse performance evidence, rollback, mobile, and visual decisions.

Contract-Neutral: release preparation changes version and delivery metadata only; product runtime and public API behavior remain the reviewed release-line checkpoint.
