**Follow-up (same day) — hyperhv link:** with the C4013s cleared, hyperhv then failed at
link with LNK2019 `PlatformTimeQueryPerformanceCounter` (called by `Vmx.c`
`VmxCompatibleMicroSleep`). That wrapper lives in `PlatformTime.c`, which `hyperhv.vcxproj`
did not compile (only hyperlog/hyperkd did). Added `PlatformTime.c`/`.h` to
`hyperhv.vcxproj`(+filters). Checked hyperhv references no other Platform* wrapper whose TU
is missing (PlatformIo/Spinlock/Str unused), and the linker reported exactly 1 unresolved,
so this closes it. Linux unaffected (PlatformTime.o already active in the Kbuild).
