agent_ui: Show the agent panel's full screen button as toggled (#62041)
The agent panel's full screen button and a pane's zoom button drive the
same mechanism — both emit `PanelEvent::ZoomIn`/`ZoomOut`, and
`Workspace::zoomed` holds a single entry, so at most one of them is
active at a time.

The pane's button reflects that state: it is rendered with
`toggle_state(zoomed)`, so it is visibly active while zoomed
(`crates/workspace/src/pane.rs`). The agent panel's button only swapped
its icon, so while the panel was zoomed the button still looked like an
inactive control.

This makes the agent panel's button use the same `toggle_state` +
`selected_icon` pattern as the pane's. Behavior is unchanged; the button
now looks active while full screen is on. The element id is now stable
across both states instead of changing with the icon.

Unrelated to this change, but worth mentioning since it is the same
button: the two controls also disagree on wording. The pane calls it
"Zoom In"/"Zoom Out", the agent panel "Enable/Disable Full Screen".
Because `Workspace::zoomed` is a single slot, activating any other
panel's zoom drops the agent panel back out of full screen — which reads
as surprising under the "full screen" name and unsurprising under
"zoom". Happy to align the wording in a follow-up if you'd like, but I
left it alone here since it is a naming call rather than a fix.

Release Notes:

- Fixed the agent panel's full screen button not appearing active while
full screen was enabled.

Contributing

See CONTRIBUTING.md for ways you can contribute to Zed.

Also... we're hiring! Check out our jobs page for open roles.

Licensing

Zed source code is licensed primarily under GPL-3.0-or-later, with Apache-2.0 components where marked.

License information for third party dependencies must be correctly provided for CI to pass.

We use cargo-about to automatically comply with open source licenses. If CI is failing, check the following:

  • Is it showing a no license specified error for a crate you've created? If so, add publish = false under [package] in your crate's Cargo.toml.
  • Is the error failed to satisfy license requirements for a dependency? If so, first determine what license the project has and whether this system is sufficient to comply with this license's requirements. If you're unsure, ask a lawyer. Once you've verified that this system is acceptable add the license's SPDX identifier to the accepted array in script/licenses/zed-licenses.toml.
  • Is cargo-about unable to find the license for a dependency? If so, add a clarification field at the end of script/licenses/zed-licenses.toml, as specified in the cargo-about book.
