Finn Evers 533fe08cfb language_core: Store path suffixes and modeline aliases as shared strings (#65128) ... ## Summary This PR changes the path suffixes to be stored as SharedStrings instead. With this as well as the toml crate bump here, we can save on some clones. Primarily though, this change is pulled out of https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/65047 where I want to change the type again, and thus the changes here to `.into()` everything help me to shrink the diff of the other PR.
