If we have empty drafts, they don't show up in the UI, so you can't get rid of them. But they currently blocked worktree archival. Which is particularly troublesome with terminal agents in a few cases. This should hopefully solve the issue for terminals, but I think I need to do a follow-up to investigate what happens when the last draft is closed.
