This PR makes `organization_id` required on the feedback request bodies sent to Cloud: - `SubmitAgentThreadFeedbackBody` - `SubmitAgentThreadFeedbackCommentsBody` - `SubmitEditPredictionFeedbackBody` Previously these were `Option<OrganizationId>` and would serialize as `null` when no organization was selected (e.g., before `/client/users/me` resolved, or when the user has no organizations). The agent thread rating, agent thread comments, and edit prediction rating paths now return an error (`no organization selected`) if there is no current organization, instead of submitting without one. These errors are surfaced through the existing `detach_and_log_err`. Note that local feedback state (the rated/selected state and the comments editor) is still updated before the submission task runs, consistent with how other failures on these paths behave.
