Closes https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/61976

https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/61134 picked a wrong color
for `variable.parameter` that exactly matched `variable.special` and
caused visual conflicts.
Instead, use `variable` for such colors.
