Wire up the client side of the new `PATCH /client/system_settings`
endpoint added in zed-industries/cloud#2444, so we can persist the
currently selected organization on a per-system basis. This PR only adds
the request types and the client method; hooking it up to the actual
organization switcher in the editor will come next.
The endpoint requires the `x-zed-system-id` header (the server returns
400 without it), so the method does not take an Option like the other
client calls.

Code had been assuming (erroneously, but understandably) that
LlmApiToken::acquire would give them a valid token.
This is not true, as those tokens expire and you must call refresh
explicitly.
Add some helpers to do the retry for you, and rename acquire to cached
to be
clearer about the intent.
Closes #ISSUE
Release Notes:
- Fixed some rare cases where API requests would fail with Unauthorized

We are going to drive current organization selection with server side
state, so we need to know which installation we are on so the server can
return the correct currently selected organization. Next step will be
using the organization from the response and removing the locally
persisted current organization id.

- `language_model` no longer depends on provider-specific crates such as
`anthropic` and `open_ai` (inverted dependency)
- `language_model_core` was extracted from `language_model` which
contains the types for the provider-specific crates to convert to/from.
- `gpui::SharedString` has been extracted into its own crate (still
exposed by `gpui`), so `language_model_core` and provider API crates
don't have to depend on `gpui`.
- Removes some unnecessary `&'static str` | `SharedString` -> `String`
-> `SharedString` conversions across the codebase.
- Extracts the core logic of the cloud `LanguageModelProvider` into its
own crate with simpler dependencies.

This is already expected on the cloud side. This lets us know under
which organization the user is logged in when requesting an llm_api
token.

This PR makes it so the user gets signed out upon receiving an
Unauthorized response when acquiring an LLM token.
This is a re-landing of #49661.
Closes CLO-324.

The agent thread feedback comments event was still going through the
standard telemetry pipeline. This routes it through cloud instead, as
was just done for agent thread rated and edit prediction rated, so we
can enforce organization data and privacy settings.
Part of CLO-297
This PR updates the `Edit Prediction Rated` event to be routed through
Cloud instead of the normal telemetry pipeline.
Closes CLO-224.

We've had several outages with a proximate cause of "vercel is
complicated",
and auto-update is considered a critical feature; so lets not use vercel
for
that.
Release Notes:
- Auto Updates (and remote server binaries) are now downloaded via
https://cloud.zed.dev instead of https://zed.dev. As before, these URLs
redirect to the GitHub release for actual downloads.
We've been considering removing workspace-hack for a couple reasons:
- Lukas ran into a situation where its build script seemed to be causing
spurious rebuilds. This seems more likely to be a cargo bug than an
issue with workspace-hack itself (given that it has an empty build
script), but we don't necessarily want to take the time to hunt that
down right now.
- Marshall mentioned hakari interacts poorly with automated crate
updates (in our case provided by rennovate) because you'd need to have
`cargo hakari generate && cargo hakari manage-deps` after their changes
and we prefer to not have actions that make commits.
Currently removing workspace-hack causes our workspace to grow from
~1700 to ~2000 crates being built (depending on platform), which is
mainly a problem when you're building the whole workspace or running
tests across the the normal and remote binaries (which is where
feature-unification nets us the most sharing). It doesn't impact
incremental times noticeably when you're just iterating on `-p zed`, and
we'll hopefully get these savings back in the future when
rust-lang/cargo#14774 (which re-implements the functionality of hakari)
is finished.

`HttpClient`: Relaxes the lifetime bound to `&self` in `get`/`post`
by returning the `self.send` future directly. This makes both
methods return `'static` futures without extra boxing.
`HttpRequestExt`: Added fluent builder methods to `HttpRequestExt`
inspired by the `gpui::FluentBuilder` trait.

Users now accept ToS from Zed's website when they sign in to Zed the

not have accepted the ToS.

This was causing panics due to the handles being dropped out of order.
It doesn't seem possible to guarantee the correct drop ordering given
that we're holding them over await points, so lets just spawn on the
tokio executor itself which gives us access to the state we needed those
handles for in the first place.

This fixes a regression introduced in
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/35471, where we treated
stored credentials as invalid when failing to retrieve the authenticated
user for any reason. This had the side effect of triggering the auth
flow even when e.g. the client/server had temporary networking issues.
This pull request changes the logic to only trigger authentication when
getting a 401 from the server.

This PR updates the user menu in the title bar to base the "signed in"
state on the user in the `CloudUserStore` rather than the `UserStore`.
This makes it possible to be signed-in—at least, as far as the user menu
is concerned—even when disconnected from Collab.
