Sometimes when creating Git worktrees, it's necessary to set things up
so the new worktree is ready. For example, copying env.vars, installing
dependencies, etc. That was already possible in Zed through the tasks
system, but you'd only maybe know about that if you read the
documentation or is super familiar with it already; nothing in the
product in the context of worktrees told you about that. This is what
this PR does.
Now, in the worktree picker, there's a "" button that opens the
`tasks.json` file exposing the `create_worktree` hook, which allows you
to plugin all sorts of things to be run by the time of a worktree
creation. If you don't already have a `tasks.json` file, we will create
a new one for you with a worktree-creation template. Otherwise, we
either append the `create_worktree` hook content to it or just open the
file.

- Edited buffers are no longer saved by default before running a task,
but you can still configure this using the "save" field in `tasks.json`.

Save edited buffers before running a task
Introduces a new task field for configuring which buffers are saved. For
now, this defaults to saving all buffers, but in the future we could
have a global task template to configure this setting for dynamically
created tasks.
Needed for #10251.
Release Notes:
- Edited buffers are now saved before running a task. This can be
configured with the new "save" field in `tasks.json`.

Closes #ISSUE
Post #43854, we are advertising trailing comma support for our asset
`jsonc` files to the JSON LSP. This results in it adding trailing commas
on format of these files. This PR batch updates the formatting for these
files, so they are not spuriously added as part of other PRs that happen
to modify these files

Release Notes:
- Added "show_summary" & "show_command" settings to the initial
tasks.json file.
This makes the initial task template match the docs here:
https://zed.dev/docs/tasks
As part of this I refactored the logic that enabled/disabled actions in
the debugger to happen at action registration time instead of using
command palette filters. This allows the menu to grey out actions correctly.
Release Notes:
- Add a "Run" menu to contain tasks and debugger
Follow-up of https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/22004
* Reuse center terminals for tasks, when requested
* Extend task templates with `RevealTarget`, moving it from
`TaskSpawnTarget` into the core library
* Use `reveal_target` instead of `target` to avoid misinterpretations in
the task template context
* Do not expose `SpawnInTerminal` to user interface, avoid it
implementing `Serialize` and `Deserialize`
* Remove `NewCenterTask` action, extending `task::Spawn` interface
instead
* Do not require any extra unrelated parameters during task resolution,
instead, use task overrides on the resolved tasks on the modal side
* Add keybindings for opening the task modal in the
`RevealTarget::Center` mode

This spawns the runnable task that that's closest to the cursor.
One thing missing right now is that it doesn't find tasks that are
attached to non-outline symbols, such as subtests in Go.
Release Notes:
- Added a new reveal option for tasks: `"no_focus"`. If used, the tasks
terminal panel will be opened and shown, but not focused.
- Added a new `editor: spawn nearest task` action that spawns the task
with a run indicator icon nearest to the cursor. It can be configured to
also use a `reveal` strategy. Example:
```json
{
"context": "EmptyPane || SharedScreen || vim_mode == normal",
"bindings": {
", r t": ["editor::SpawnNearestTask", { "reveal": "no_focus" }],
}
}
```

* Add a `reveal: always|never` field in task definitions from tasks.json
, allowing to customize task terminal behavior on spawn
* Ensure reveal: always reveals the terminal even if the old task is
already running
Release Notes:
- Added a `reveal: always|never` (`always` is a default) field in task
definitions from tasks.json , allowing to customize task terminal
behavior on spawn

This changes the format of runnables slightly (the top-level object is
now a sequence, not a map).
