Bumps the vendor/microsandbox submodule from the old wirenboard fork (702f52a) to the wb branch — all downstream agent-vm features re-ported onto current upstream microsandbox (sdk/rust @ upstream/main 69803ab3). See wirenboard/microsandbox @ wb. Two adaptations forced by upstream API/layout changes: - Cargo.toml: the SDK crate moved crates/microsandbox -> sdk/rust. - run.rs: Image::get now takes a LocalBackend handle (seed_pulled_marker).
