agent-vm: drop the microsandbox SDK prebuilt feature
The SDK's default `prebuilt` feature made `cargo build -p agent-vm` download the upstream msb+libkrunfw bundle from superradcompany. agent-vm ships its own from-source msb, so disable it (default-features = false, keep net + keyring). Builds now require a local build/agentd (`just build-agentd`), matching the release workflow; Cargo.lock loses the download-only deps.
