Introduce enrichParseErrorForEmptyOutput to wrap EOF parse errors when the scanner produced an empty output file (includes a truncated stderr tail up to 512 chars). Use this helper in RunGrypeScan and RunTrivyScan to provide clearer diagnostics for empty/no-output parser failures.
