for deferred tools, ScheduleWakeup for /loop, persistent auto memory
system, new "executing actions with care" and "text output" sections,
ultrareview feature, worktree isolation, Monitor tool, and model
references updated to Claude 4.X family (Opus 4.7, knowledge cutoff
May 2025).
