Adds a PreToolUse hook for Bash that intercepts `gh pr merge` and `gh pr ready` commands and runs `biome check src/` + `bun test` before allowing them. Blocks the command if either check fails. The hook finds the worktree from the command path or falls back to git rev-parse --show-toplevel.
