Sprite f4b8be10a8 refactor: Quote INSTANCE_STATUS_POLL_DELAY in sleep commands ... Fixed SC2086 warnings by adding quotes around ${INSTANCE_STATUS_POLL_DELAY} in 4 provider libraries. This prevents potential word splitting bugs if the variable contains unexpected whitespace.
