A 3204ce8eec refactor: rewrite QA service as thin bash harness + .md prompts (#1719) (#1721) ... Replace the 1,190-line qa-cycle.sh monolith with the security.sh pattern: thin bash launcher (qa.sh) + separate .md prompt files for each run mode.
