A ea645fa064 fix: prevent infinite loop on API key input I/O error (#498) ... safe_read() now propagates read command failures instead of masking them with the always-successful echo on the last line. Also adds a 3-attempt limit to get_openrouter_api_key_manual() as defense-in-depth.
