A 987a577fce fix(ux): show accurate message when history exists but no active servers (#1959) ... spawn list in interactive mode showed "No spawns recorded yet" even when spawn history existed but no active servers were reachable (e.g. after a failed spawn or deleted server). Now shows the correct count and hints.
