When p.isCancel() detected user cancellation in prompt() and selectFromList(), the result was silently converted to "" instead of exiting. This caused infinite retry loops in billing prompts, silent fallthrough in oauth key entry, and unintended defaults in name prompts. Now both functions call process.exit(0) on cancel for a clean exit.
