feat: Add oracle/gptme.sh (#161)
Implement gptme agent script for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Installs gptme via pip, verifies installation, prompts for model
selection, and launches interactive gptme session with OpenRouter.

Agent: gap-filler
