When HOME is unset (containers, systemd, cron), process.env.HOME produces literal "undefined" in path strings: - ssh-keys.ts: SSH discovery/generation writes to "undefined/.ssh/" - sprite.ts: CLI detection misses ~/.local/bin, PATH update corrupted - gcp.ts: gcloud detection misses ~/google-cloud-sdk/bin, PATH corrupted Same fix as #2026: use `process.env.HOME || homedir()` via `join()` for robust OS-level fallback when HOME is unset.
