A 7d593df09f test: add coverage for validateAgentName and validateLocalPath (#3148) ... These security-critical validation functions in local/local.ts had zero direct test coverage. Adds tests for valid inputs, empty strings, shell metacharacters, path traversal, and uppercase rejection.
