A 23fea2df21 fix(e2e): add junie agent to E2E test harness (#2314) ... The junie agent was added in #2300 but the E2E test scripts were not updated. This adds junie to ALL_AGENTS, verify dispatch, input test dispatch, and the provision.sh fallback env configuration.
