When run in a TTY, `spawn list` (or `spawn ls`) now shows an interactive picker using @clack/prompts select. Users can navigate the list with arrow keys and press Enter to immediately rerun a previous spawn. Non-TTY environments (piped output, CI) continue to show the static table as before.
