B 2f2acdf0fd fix(sprite): update flag syntax for sprite CLI v0.0.1-rc43 breaking changes 
Sprite CLI v0.0.1-rc43 changed single-dash long flags to double-dash
and renamed `sprite url` to `sprite info`, `sprite version` to
`sprite --version`. This updates all flag references across the
codebase and tests to match the new CLI contract.

Fixes #3408
