feat: Add vastai/interpreter.sh (#162) 
Implement Open Interpreter deployment on Vast.ai GPU instances.
Sources vastai/lib/common.sh, installs open-interpreter via pip,
configures OpenRouter via OPENAI_BASE_URL override, and launches
interactive session.
