A	c7db033796	feat: Add Kamatera cloud provider with all 13 agents (#96) ... Adds Kamatera (25+ global datacenters, REST API, hourly billing) as a new cloud provider. Implements all 13 agent scripts with full lifecycle: create, wait, destroy, SSH, upload.
