fix: add actionable guidance to agent installation failures across 126 scripts (#966)
Add log_install_failed helper to shared/common.sh that provides
structured troubleshooting for agent install failures: possible causes,
SSH debug command (when server IP available), manual install command,
and re-run suggestion. Also improve SSH key registration error message.

fix: improve local script UX -- add SPAWN_PROMPT support, fix prompt escaping, standardize messages (#863)
- local/cline.sh: Add missing SPAWN_PROMPT non-interactive mode support,
replace manual sed -i.bak env var handling with inject_env_vars_local
(eliminates leftover .bak files), add installation verification
- local/plandex.sh: Replace manual shell config handling with
inject_env_vars_local for consistency, fix printf '%q' prompt escaping
that corrupted prompt text with literal backslashes
- local/aider.sh: Fix printf '%q' prompt escaping -- pass SPAWN_PROMPT
directly as quoted argument instead of shell-escaping it
- local/interpreter.sh: Same printf '%q' fix as aider.sh
- 7 local scripts: Standardize "Appending environment variables to
~/.zshrc..." to "Setting up environment variables..." for consistency
  with all other cloud providers

feat: Add Amazon Q CLI on local machine (#887)
Implemented local/amazonq.sh to run Amazon Q CLI directly on the user's local
machine. Uses the standard local provider pattern with OpenRouter API key
injection via OPENAI_API_KEY and OPENAI_BASE_URL environment variables.

fix: use consistent progress message in local/ scripts (#924)
Replace misleading "Appending environment variables to ~/.zshrc..."
with "Setting up environment variables..." to match all other cloud
providers. The old message incorrectly specified ~/.zshrc which could
confuse bash users.

fix: use safe single-quoted env injection in cline.sh and plandex.sh (#914)
local/cline.sh and local/plandex.sh were writing API keys to shell
config using double-quoted printf format strings. If an API key
contained shell metacharacters (", $, backtick), sourcing the shell
config could execute arbitrary code.

Replace manual printf with inject_env_vars_local which uses the safe
generate_env_config helper (single-quoted values with proper escaping).

fix: use shared setup_continue_config to prevent JSON injection in local/continue.sh (#921)
local/continue.sh used a double-quoted heredoc to write the API key
directly into ~/.continue/config.json without escaping. If the key
contained double quotes, it could produce invalid JSON or inject
additional config fields. Replace inline heredoc with the shared
setup_continue_config helper which uses json_escape.

refactor: replace Python with jq in Hetzner lib, fix /lab → /labs URLs (#827)
Hetzner lib: replace all Python JSON parsing with jq. Uses the
/datacenters API as the authoritative source for server type
availability (server_types.available), cross-referenced with
/server_types for specs and pricing. jq is auto-installed if missing.

URLs: update openrouter.ai/lab/spawn → openrouter.ai/labs/spawn
across all READMEs and CLI source.

fix: replace log_warn with log_step/log_info for non-warning messages (#604)
Agent: ux-engineer

Many shell scripts misused log_warn (yellow) for normal progress/status
messages, making routine operations appear alarming. This fixes 59 files:

- Progress messages -> log_step (cyan): "Injecting environment variables...",
"Attaching volume...", "Powering on instance...", "Retrieving server IP...",
"Terminating sandbox/server...", "Creating datacenter...", "Importing SSH key...",
"Deleting service/app...", "Modal not authenticated. Running setup..."
- Informational notices -> log_info (green): WhatsApp QR code authentication
notices (30 nanoclaw scripts), codespace delete hints (14 scripts),
"Appending environment variables to ~/.zshrc..." (6 local scripts),
credential prompt hints, package update skipped, app reuse notices

fix: use log_step (cyan) for progress messages instead of log_warn (yellow) (#534)
~1500 progress messages across 481 files were using log_warn (yellow)
for normal status updates like "Installing...", "Setting up...",
"Creating server...", etc. This made users think something was wrong
when everything was proceeding normally.

Changes:
- Replace log_warn with log_step for all progress/status messages
- Keep log_warn only for actual warnings (errors, remediation hints)
- Remove emoji from 3 sprite completion messages

fix: use log_step for progress messages in recent scripts (#524)
Replace log_warn (yellow) with log_step (cyan) for progress messages
like "Installing...", "Setting up environment variables...", and
"Starting..." in recently-added scripts. Yellow warnings should be
reserved for actual warnings, not normal progress output.

Also fix bare `clear` calls to use `clear 2>/dev/null || true` for
robustness on minimal terminals, and improve the misleading
"Appending environment variables to ~/.zshrc..." message in local
scripts to the standard "Setting up environment variables..." phrasing.
