L	6633873ccc	refactor: replace Python with jq in Hetzner lib, fix /lab → /labs URLs (#827) ... Hetzner lib: replace all Python JSON parsing with jq. Uses the /datacenters API as the authoritative source for server type availability (server_types.available), cross-referenced with /server_types for specs and pricing. jq is auto-installed if missing.
