feat: Add vastai/amazonq.sh (#146)

Browse source 
Implement Amazon Q CLI deployment on Vast.ai GPU instances.
Installs via amazon-q-cli-install.sh, injects OpenRouter credentials
(OPENAI_API_KEY, OPENAI_BASE_URL).
