feat: Add OpenCode and Plandex on OVHcloud (#122)

Browse source 
Implement ovh/opencode.sh and ovh/plandex.sh using OVH
primitives. Both scripts provision an OVHcloud instance,
install the agent, inject OpenRouter credentials, and
launch an interactive session.
