Add Scaleway cloud provider with all 12 agent scripts
Scaleway is a European cloud provider with REST API, SSH access, and pay-per-hour pricing. Implements all agents: claude, openclaw, nanoclaw, aider, goose, codex, interpreter, gemini, amazonq, cline, gptme, and opencode. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
