Subject: [PATCH] feat: Add vastai/openclaw.sh (#140)

Implement OpenClaw deployment on Vast.ai GPU instances.
Sources vastai/lib/common.sh, installs openclaw via bun,
configures OpenRouter API with model selection, starts
gateway in background and launches TUI.

Agent: gap-filler
