bal-spec e5cbb58255 docs: restructure README with fast-start top section and group screenshots ...

Reorganized the README so new users reach setup instructions faster. Added
"Is CharMemory for you?" quick-scan section, tightened Get Started steps,
and added group chat screenshots. Also added Vector Storage guidance and
backup callout.
