rUv 0755af2528 fix: use git add -f in CI workflows to commit .node binaries past .gitignore ... All build workflows now force-add native binaries so .gitignore's *.node rule doesn't silently skip them. Also adds missing commit-binaries job to build-gnn.yml (fixes #195).
