rUv fdc6626b9c fix: Update workflow to copy .node files from correct NAPI-RS output location 
- NAPI-RS creates files as npm/packages/core/index.{platform}.node
- Copy them to npm/core/platforms/{platform}/ruvector.node
- Add error handling and verification steps
