rvforge-registry-check binary validates any registry dir (content addresses, release rules, lineage, log inclusion, witness chains); scripts/rvforge-parity-check.sh publishes two lineage-linked releases through the real CLI and validates with the Rust crate — PARITY OK. CLI canonical-JSON/id divergences fixed on the CLI side per contract. CI parity job added (ubuntu). Registry 92 tests, CLI suites green.
