- Renamed crates/ruvllm package from "ruvllm-integration" to "ruvllm"
- Updated all workflow files, Cargo.toml files, and source references
- Fixed CI package name mismatch that caused build failures
- Updated examples/ruvLLM to use ruvllm-lib alias
