* fix(channels): exclude discrete messages from replies * feat(serve): make ACP initialize handshake timeout configurable Add --initialize-timeout-ms CLI flag to qwen serve, wiring it through to BridgeOptions.initializeTimeoutMs. The ACP initialize handshake defaults to 10 s (DEFAULT_INIT_TIMEOUT_MS); containerized deployments where the child process needs longer can now raise the ceiling without patching the source.
