Aleks-0 4d5015389d chore(core): remove stale refreshStartupContextReminder mocks from tool-search tests (#6423) ... Two inline mock clients still stubbed refreshStartupContextReminder after it was removed from tool-search.ts. makeConfigWithRegistry() was cleaned up in the original PR but these two were missed.
