yiliang114 38c4706d76 feat(installer): make qwen usable immediately from PowerShell after install 
- .ps1: detect parent process, update current session PATH, and for
  cmd.exe parents emit a `set PATH=...` command
- .bat: skip final instructions when called from PowerShell to avoid
  duplicate "Run: qwen" output
