wenshao 2824bf6327 fix(review): avoid #N notation in PR comments (GitHub auto-links) ... GitHub renders #1, #2 as links to issues/PRs with those numbers. Review summaries using "#1 (logic error)" link to the wrong target. Added guideline: use (1), [1], or descriptive references instead.
